Role Description

If you are passionate about high-impact sales, strategic client engagement, and building sustainable business ecosystems, we want to meet you. As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth engine—identifying new market opportunities, cultivating high-value relationships, and executing data-driven strategies to hit revenue targets.

Your day-to-day will involve conducting deep market research, managing key accounts, and maintaining seamless communication with global stakeholders to convert leads into long-term strategic partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue fresh opportunities within the tech and automation space.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize modern prospecting techniques to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute outreach plans aligned with SVaaN’s growth objectives.
  • Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • CRM Proficiency: Manage sales cycles and data integrity within our internal CRM tools.
  • Communication: Deliver compelling presentations and maintain professional correspondence with domestic and international leads.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–4 years in Business Development or Inside Sales (Technology/IT services background preferred).
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record in cold calling, lead conversion, and high-level negotiation.
  • Linguistic Skills: Native or professional fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate complex client needs and offer tailored technical solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Mindset: A self-motivated, target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.

  • Multilingual capabilities: Proficiency in Punjabi, Gujarati, or Arabic.
  • Knowledge of European languages like French or Spanish.
  • Prior experience or internship within the EdTech or Software Solutions industry.
